As a Construction Safety Manager on Utility Scale EPC Solar Projects, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all personnel involved in the construction process. Your primary focus will be on maintaining a safe work environment and implementing effective safety programs to mitigate risks and prevent accidents.

Develop and implement comprehensive safety policies and procedures specific to utility scale EPC solar projects.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to integrate safety measures into project plans and schedules.
Provide safety training and orientation to all personnel, including subcontractors and vendors, to promote a culture of safety awareness.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs and initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to construction safety on utility scale EPC solar projects.
Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training activities.
Conduct safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with project teams to develop emergency response plans and conduct drills to test their effectiveness.

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in construction safety management, preferably in utility scale EPC solar projects.
In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and engage personnel at all levels.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategies to improve safety performance.
Certification in relevant safety programs such as OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety, First Aid/CPR, and Fall Protection is preferred.
Proficiency in using safety management software and tools.
