What You'll Do As Site Safety Manager, you'll play a critical leadership role in protecting our workforce and ensuring project excellence. You will: Lead and oversee Project Safety Programs across multiple active construction sites Conduct safety meetings, training sessions, and employee orientations Partner with supervisors to strengthen safety leadership across teams Perform regular job site inspections and proactively correct hazards Investigate incidents and ensure accurate documentation and compliance Oversee Hazard Communication Programs and industrial hygiene activities Issue work permits (including confined space permits) as required Serve as the primary liaison during regulatory inspections Ensure medical preparedness and emergency readiness on site This is a highly visible, high-impact role where your leadership directly influences both project success and employee wellbeing. Who You Are You're more than technically qualified - you're a safety champion and culture builder. You bring: A BS in Safety Engineering or related field 2+ years of safety experience in construction or a related industry Strong knowledge of Construction Safety Compliance The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously A proactive mindset with strong hazard recognition skills Confidence leading meetings, training, and investigations A relationship-focused leadership style that inspires trust and accountability Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) You excel when things are moving quickly. Requirements

  • A BS in Safety Engineering or related field
  • 2+ years of safety experience in construction or a related industry
  • Strong knowledge of Construction Safety Compliance
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
