About The Position

- The Site Safety Coordinator at 3B DOZER SERVICE LLC is responsible for ensuring a safe working environment by enforcing compliance with safety regulations and standards to prevent injuries and accidents. The role involves conducting thorough site inspections, delivering comprehensive safety training, managing risks, investigating incidents, maintaining documentation, overseeing equipment maintenance, and ensuring compliance with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a safety-related role, preferably in construction or heavy machinery environments
Experience conducting safety inspections and audits
Experience in incident investigation and reporting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver training sessions and report hazards effectively
Ability to enforce safety rules strictly and professionally
Capability to work in varied weather conditions, with high noise levels, and around heavy machinery
Strong organizational skills for maintaining PPE records and documentation

Nice To Haves

OSHA 30 Certified
Certified Safety Manager
Previous experience in construction safety or risk management
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and site safety procedures
Ability to develop and implement site-specific safety plans
Proficiency in risk management and safety training

Responsibilities

Conduct daily inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
