About The Position
The Site Representative (Site Rep) is a live-in role at 2Life Communities, where the employee resides on-site in a provided apartment and serves as a key point of contact during designated on-call hours. This role plays an important part in supporting resident safety, comfort, and overall community well-being.

Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled security rounds of the building and surrounding grounds
- Remain on-call during assigned hours to respond to emergencies and resident needs
- Provide timely, professional assistance to residents as situations arise
- Maintain accurate and detailed logs of time worked and activities performed during on-call shifts
