The Site Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the activities of tool maintenance at the KIA facility in West Point, GA. The Site Coordinator will be responsible for setup, diagnosis and configuration of tooling, maintaining the PM and calibration schedule of the tooling population, the logistics of shipping tools in and out of the customer's facility, and interfacing directly with the customer.

Requirements

  • A High School diploma or GED is required.
  • Preferred 2 years' experience in a production environment working with manufacturing automation, assembly tooling or data collection systems.
  • IT experience with networking or databases preferred.
  • Customer interface experience is preferred.
  • Ability to demonstrate and train customers on Atlas Copco equipment.
  • Effectively troubleshoot and repair Atlas Copco electric tools.
  • Ability to apply mechanical aptitude to service and repair pneumatic tooling, all brands.
  • Understanding of tool or instrument calibration processes.
  • Desire to learn new things regarding our processes and procedures daily.
  • Superior customer experience and continuous learning.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a production environment.
  • Knowledge of servicing industrial fastening tools, torque theory, and fastening knowledge.
  • Basic electrical diagnostics.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the activities of tool maintenance at the KIA facility.
  • Setup, diagnose, and configure tooling.
  • Maintain the PM and calibration schedule of the tooling population.
  • Manage logistics of shipping tools in and out of the customer's facility.
  • Interface directly with the customer.
