About The Position

Site Reliability Engineer The Opportunity: Engineering to make a system more resilient and efficient frees up time and money to build more capabilities. As a site reliability engineer on our team, you’ll lead the development of more robust systems for the Intelligence Community by building a resilient infrastructure. You’ll build in redundancy, implement monitoring tools, and automate wherever possible. You’ll reduce toil by scripting routine tasks and automating self-repair. This is your chance to leverage your expertise in multi- and hybrid-cloud virtual architectures while supporting your team of engineers and acting as a subject matter expert for your clients. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with administration of Windows and Linux servers and operating systems
  • Experience with software languages such as Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript
  • Experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure
  • Ability to create and maintain technical documentation such as SOPs, design artifacts, troubleshooting procedures, or run books
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud services and infrastructure
  • Experience with VMWare, Cisco, and Citrix
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins, and DevOps processes
  • Bachelor's degree
  • AWS DevOps Engineer, AWS CloudOps, or RHEL certification
