We need you to help us develop container management software to solve some of our clients’ toughest challenges. As a platform DevOps engineer at Booz Allen, you can use your technical skills to effect mission-forward change. On our team, you’ll grow your skills using the latest cloud technologies as you look for ways to improve your client’s environment with current container software to ensure seamless orchestration. Using your DevOps platform knowledge, you’ll support your team as you inform strategy and design while ensuring standards are met throughout the containerization process. You’ll work with your team to recommend resources that will help your client manage and securely adopt containers.   • Experience with the development of tools and processes to drive DevOps or DevSecOps maturity by automating builds, regression testing, monitoring, and pushing releases across environments
  • Experience with Kubernetes administration and application deployment paradigms
  • Experience developing, managing, and securing cloud-native solutions with a focus on containers in AWS
  • Experience implementing, maintaining, and updating Infrastructure-as-Code solutions such as AWS CDK, AWS CloudFormation, or Terraform
  • Experience implementing a platform compliant with a body of standards such as FedRAMP Moderate, HITRUST, PCI DSS, or SOC2
  • Experience automating tasks of multiple levels of complexity, ranging from simple tasks on your workstation to elaborate tasks involving deploys
  • Experience with Object-Oriented Programming, and using AI tooling to accelerate or streamline tasks
  • Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming fundamentals such as member fields, object instantiation, and inheritance
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with hands-on keyboard engineering implementations
  • Experience with AWS CDK
  • Experience with TypeScript
  • Experience with logging and organization-management AWS solutions such as CloudWatch, Identity Center, OpenSearch, and Organizations
  • Experience with AWS Security services such as GuardDuty, Macie, Detective, and Inspector
  • Experience operating in a government-facing regulated environment with an Authorization to Operate (ATO)
  • Experience triaging and resolving issues related to open-source and commercial tools in public cloud environments
  • Experience with Amazon Q
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python and BASH
