The work: Own and execute comprehensive server firmware deployment cycles, including designing and standardizing queries, collaborating with deployment teams, and ensuring successful deployment at scale. Analyze deployment logs, monitor progress, and address incidents to optimize deployment velocity while minimizing risks. Develop, deploy, and maintain firmware deployment infrastructure, ensuring alignment with public infrastructure and adapting to airgap cloud requirements. Manage on-call rotations to resolve high- and low-severity incidents, leveraging expertise in Azure, hardware, and software tools. Support and debug servers, control-plane devices, and services in airgap cloud environments while collaborating with uncleared service teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant fields.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Expertise in object-oriented programming, PowerShell, Bash, Python, and PKI.
  • Proficiency with Azure Data Explorer/KQL and Azure Services.
  • Experience with large-scale system administration and deployment.
  • Active TS/SCI with poly required
  • Valid U.S. passport required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with firmware deployment in airgap cloud environments.
  • Strong analytical skills for log analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
