If they don’t—Harris is likely not the right fit. We’re seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of our production systems. You’ll blend engineering skill with operational discipline to build resilient services, reduce toil through automation, and partner with development and customer-facing teams to deliver consistently excellent experiences. A critical component of this role includes customer support and customer-facing collaboration. You will work directly with support teams—and at times with customers themselves—to troubleshoot issues, communicate clearly, and help drive solutions forward. Because we believe bad news does not get better with time, transparency and timely communication are essential. This role fits someone who thrives in an environment that expects ownership, reality-based decision making, and solutions—not problems. This remote role welcomes candidates anywhere in Canada and the US. Up to 5% of travel is required within North America. A valid passport/visa is required for the travel.
