About The Position
This is a Hybrid role located in RTP, NC with an expectation of 3 days in office per week. You will be joining the Cisco IoT Control Center organization, part of the Networking Group within Cisco. Cisco IoT Control Center is the #1 market leading cellular connectivity management platform. Our global organization is responsible for all engineering and operational tasks of the Control Center product and the Private 5G platform: feature development, release, production operations, and customer support. Cisco's IoT organization is responsible for supporting over 273 million connected devices every day. This team is charged with driving the digital experience, infrastructure management, and automation strategies for the IoT portfolio of products. We work with our customers, sales teams, designers, architects, and engineers to develop products that delight our customers and advance their strategic goals. We listen, we bring people together, we build consensus out of ambiguity, and we pay attention to the details to ensure quality. We lead as problem-solvers and build a deeply technological product with some of the world's best technical and creative people to solve our customers' toughest challenges.
