About The Position

We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the stability, resilience, and high performance of our infrastructure and services. You will be responsible for promptly responding to incidents, maintaining system reliability, and supporting the seamless delivery of new features.

Requirements

• 3+ years in DevOps/SRE roles
• Strong AWS (EC2, ECS, RDS, EKS) and Kubernetes/Docker experience
• Proficient in Terraform, Helm, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• Solid knowledge of IaC, GitOps, and scripting (Bash, Python)
• Experience with databases, SQL, and Linux/Unix administration
• Familiar with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
• Understanding of app build processes (Java, Python, JS)
• Basic networking (HTTP, DNS), CDN experience
• Advanced English and strong teamwork/communication skills
• Experience with Agile and Jira

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain cloud infrastructure
• Respond to and resolve production incidents promptly
• Identify, investigate, and troubleshoot issues across various systems
• Implement and enhance CI/CD processes for efficient deployments
• Contribute to the development and improvement of observability systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain clear technical documentation
