About The Position
The Site Reliability Engineer (Microsoft Exchange) plays a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of TRS's IT infrastructure. This position involves managing a hybrid Exchange environment, integrating Proofpoint as the Email Gateway, and leveraging PowerShell scripts for automation. The incumbent will assist in supporting the management of a hybrid Exchange environment, integrating Proofpoint as the Email Gateway, and using PowerShell scripts for automation. This position will work closely with IT staff and agency employees. This is a Hybrid position and requires 2 days of onsite work a week conducted at our TRS office in Austin TX. This vacancy will be filled at one of three levels - Site Reliability Engineer Associate, Site Reliability Engineer, or Site Reliability Engineer Senior. Selected applicant will be offered the position that most closely matches their education and experience.
