Support team and brand developers’ day to day operations, and participate in on-call rotation with backend engineers, and follow established SLAs. Identify new trends/issues based on monitoring before they become major problems. Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions to improve the reliability and performance of the central platform. Develop CI/CD pipelines, including container security scanning and deployment orchestration. Develop, test, and maintain the core features of the central services using modern programming languages such as Reactive Java, Spring, and C#. Use strong communication skills (written and verbal) to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and other engineers, to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality features that meet user needs. Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance infrastructure systems to support the central platform using technologies such as AWS, and Kubernetes. Build tools for managing infrastructures in a more consistent, reliable, and observable way, requiring less manual intervention. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, industry trends, and emerging best practices, and continuously seek opportunities to improve the central platform. Leverage good understanding of infrastructure costs throughout the multiple central services and optimize costs by proactively suggesting solutions. Telecommuting may be permitted.
