You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational challenges, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. In this role, you'll manage and maintain our monitoring, logging, and alerting systems, and implement automation to boost efficiency and reduce manual processes. Your expertise will be crucial in troubleshooting and resolving intricate issues, making a significant impact on our operational success. Proficiency in understanding software applications, diagnosing customer issues, providing swift resolutions, and developing preventive strategies is required.
