About The Position

Auto Data Direct (ADD), a division of Reynolds and Reynolds that provides fast, accurate, real-time access to motor vehicle, vessel and driver license records, is looking for creative individuals who are driven to produce great software solutions. As a DevOps Site Reliability Engineer, you will join a team responsible for continuous improvement and support of customer facing products. Responsibilities will include developing new solutions to solve complex business and technical needs; working with SIEM tools; collecting and analyzing system requirements; researching, evaluating, and selecting technology solutions; and automating build, deployment, and testing processes for systems in production datacenters. Our DevOps Engineers are responsible for technical design, coding, testing, implementation, and monitoring of the network and application infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, CIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with virtualization, scripting and automation, server hardware, and/or network communications desired
  • Experience with both Windows and Linux server operating systems preferred
  • Preferred programming and scripting languages include: Bash, PowerShell, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, and Go
  • Preferred industry standard certifications include: CKA, CKAD, CKS, KCNA, KCSA, PCA, ICA, CGOA, and AWS
  • Desire and ability to quickly learn and apply new skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
