About The Position
Site Reliability and Observability Engineer The Opportunity : Act as the bridge between development and operations, applying sof t war e engineering to infrastructure problems to ensure high system availability, performance, and scalability. Define and monitor Service Level Objectives ( SLO ) and Service Level Indicators ( SLI ) to manage error budget s, automating responses to failures to minimize manual "toil." Work without considerable direction. Mentor and may supervise team members.
Requirements
- Experience with major cloud platforms, including AWS
- Knowledge of Elastic Kubernetes Services, on call management tools, and configuration management tools
- Ability to provide operations, system support, and process support to Agentic Platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Sof t war e Engineering
- AWS Certification
