The Site Reliability Analyst (SRA) at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis will support the Treasury Debt Management System (TDMS), which is critical for the Treasury's Office of Debt Management. The SRA will assist in transitioning TDMS support from the FRB-NY to FRB-STL, working closely with various teams to establish a new operational support model as TDMS migrates to cloud hosting. This role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring application availability across all environments.

  • Provide technical support for business operations and application development lifecycle to ensure application availability in all environments.
  • Integrate agile approach to application support that helps build, test, deploy, and monitor applications with speed, quality, and control.
  • Troubleshoot complex system issues and prepare customer communications including ongoing status updates, business impact, and root cause analyses to comply with service level agreements (SLA).
  • Lead planning efforts and communicate maintenance activities or downtime.
  • Produce technical documentation and standard operating procedures relevant to the business line(s).
  • Manage request, incident, and change activities including scheduling, approvals, customer communications, and documentation.
  • Ensure application maintains operational processes to support security, audit, and business continuity compliance.
  • Participate in on-call rotation (24x7) and application health checks shared amongst all team members.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • AWS Associate or Professional level certification or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience implementing and maintaining Cloud-based application monitoring tools.
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to coordinate, manage, and ensure the success of deployments.
  • Ability to analyze technical application logs and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Everbridge, Apptio, CloudWatch, Grafana, etc.
  • In-depth knowledge and ability to execute and write ad-hoc database scripts, strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills; verbal and written with the ability to articulate clear and concise instructions and resolutions.
