About The Position

Requirements

  • University-level education (or equivalent experience) in a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Quality function, ideally within an EPC environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of general Quality regulatory requirements.
  • Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies and electrical substations.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor all quality-related activities to ensure adherence to project requirements and internal procedures.
  • Ensure quality identification and controls are applied throughout all stages of project execution.
  • Conduct regular audits, inspections, and provide on-site supervision to uphold quality standards.
  • Coordinate and oversee required inspections for daily operations, ensuring alignment between contractors and customer expectations.
  • Conduct supplier and contractor assessments to verify compliance with established quality standards.
  • Identify and report non-conformities related to both project execution and internal processes.
  • Lead Root Cause Analysis efforts and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
  • Monitor and track findings to ensure closure of corrective actions in accordance with company and project requirements.
  • Develop and implement all necessary quality documentation to support customer requirements during project handover.
  • Drive behavioral change and continuous improvement initiatives across Linxon Americas through training programs and quality campaigns.
  • Engage internal and external stakeholders to raise awareness, report issues, and foster commitment to Linxon’s quality objectives.
