Site Quality Manager: The Site Quality Manager implements quality control processes on a project level as necessary to meet quality standards regarding all aspects of project quality. Assist the Operations Manager with hiring quality employees and then oversee training quality employees. Oversee personnel assigned to projects and provide project specific training in quality procedures and methodology. ( one -community) Implement inspection procedures and documentation for each process performed by the work crews in the field from start to finish of the project. ( full -Commitment) Provide feedback to the Project Engineer, Construction Managers, and Project Managers to continually revise and update QA processes through lessons learned, project expenses, and input from field personnel. ( true - Craftsmanship) Work with the project team to develop project-specific protocols, SOPs, and construction processes to comply. ( high -Character) Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be able to climb wind turbines
• Must be available to travel 75%+
• Must be able to work in hot and cold weather conditions
• Must have 3+years of quality management experience
