About The Position

The position involves managing various commodities and improving the Purchase to Pay Process. The role supports operations by bringing value through suppliers and contributing to plant performance through supplied products and services. Responsibilities include leading sourcing projects, managing supplier onboarding, and updating supplier profiles, while ensuring adherence to deontology rules and meeting objectives related to quality, cost, and delivery. Additionally, the role focuses on offering improvements within MRO spend.

Requirements

• Attaining an Associate's, Bachelor's, and/or Master's degree in Purchasing, Procurement, Business, Finance, and/or Supply Chain
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Complete projects
• Improve the Purchase to Pay Process
• Support operations by bringing value through suppliers
• Contribute to plant performance through supplied products and services
• Manage various commodities with a good understanding of drivers and technical processes
• Lead sourcing projects and recommend business awards in front of the sourcing committee
• Manage onboarding of new suppliers
• Manage updates to supplier profiles
• Offer improvements within MRO spend
