This full-time, experienced Site Property Manager position is located at Foxwood in Kershaw, SC. They are expected to conduct all performance professionally, adhere to the Property Management Handbook, publish resident newsletters, foster resident involvement in neighborhood networks, maintain resident files, verify insurance, monitor contracted work, ensure grounds maintenance, manage work orders, supervise subordinate staff, and establish an effective 'after hour' emergency system, all while maintaining a high level of confidentiality. Financially, the role involves operating within budget, meeting or exceeding budget targets, collecting delinquent amounts, managing property purchases within approved limits, preparing invoices promptly, seeking approval for large purchases, and actively contributing to the budget development and approval process.
