This role is based at the Carrollton, TX manufacturing site and is fully on-site. Where You’ll Make a Difference Manage the end-to-end execution of the Site Minor Capital Program, delivering projects safely, on time, and within approved budgets Upload, manage, and track projects in EcoSys from opportunity creation through approval, execution, and closeout Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including key milestones and deliverables Coordinate cross-functional teams across maintenance, operations, safety, quality, procurement, and site leadership Create purchase orders and support the full purchasing process in alignment with company policies Monitor project costs, provide monthly cost control reports, and update forecasts based on actual progress Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety standards, Life Saving Principles, and local regulations Support contractor management including bid meetings, safety audits, and scope adherence Participate in Gemba walks and support site continuous improvement initiatives What Makes You the Right Fit Certificate or Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field, or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience 2–5 years of project management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Experience with project scheduling, cost control, and purchasing processes Working knowledge of SAP and basic accounting principles Understanding of manufacturing plant operations and contractor management Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple minor projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams How Would You Stand Out? Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field, or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• 2–5 years of project management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Experience with project scheduling, cost control, and purchasing processes
• Working knowledge of SAP and basic accounting principles
• Understanding of manufacturing plant operations and contractor management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
