We are currently seeking an IPG Senior Reporting Analyst to join our diverse and dynamic team. As an IPG Senior Reporting Analyst at ICON, you will play a key role in providing advanced analytical support to the Investigator Payments Group (IPG), developing complex reports and insights that inform strategic decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance data visibility and drive operational improvements, ensuring the effective use of data across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, data analytics, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in data analysis, financial reporting, or a related role, with a strong focus on advanced analytics and reporting.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and data modeling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of translating data into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present complex data findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and developing sophisticated reports and dashboards to monitor IPG performance, payment cycles, and key financial metrics.
  • Conducting in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for optimization within the IPG operations.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights that support business strategies and objectives.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data through rigorous quality checks and data validation processes.
  • Leading initiatives to automate reporting processes and enhance data management capabilities, leveraging advanced analytical tools and technologies.
