About The Position

As a Site Operator with DECO Windshield Repair, you will be responsible for communicating with customers, repairing windshield damage, selling repair plans, and servicing existing repair plan customers. This role allows you to work independently at your own kiosk while being part of a supportive team environment. You will enjoy the outdoors and have the opportunity to earn a competitive wage based on your performance.

Requirements

• Excellent people and verbal skills to engage with customers.
