About The Position

Certified or Registered Medical Assistant with Supervisor experience is needed at a rapidly growing medical practice that currently has six (6) offices: Five (5) Internal Medicine Offices with Med Spas, between Jasper, Canton, Roswell, Rome, and Woodstock. Then we also have Pediatrics in Jasper, Canton, and Woodstock. Between these locations we currently have 28 Medical Providers (a combination of MDs, NPs, & PAs). Our practice has been rapidly growing over the past 22 years and has plans in place for additional providers to join us in March 2026 along with additional locations to open in 2026 and 2027 to further our growth! This position will primarily be stationed in our Roswell Office. This position would require multi-tasking as a CMA/RMA who works directly with a provider, and who also fulfills a supervisory role that coordinates directly with upper management and the President of the company. The ideal candidate will also have Front Office experience or knowledge, and they must be willing to commute to our Jasper Main or Canton office for their initial training. The willingness to work at other locations (Jasper, Roswell, Rome, and Woodstock) as needed is a desired qualification.

Requirements

Completion of Medical Assistant Degree/Diploma Program required
A minimum of 3 years of Medical Assisting experience is required
Excellent Computer Skills Required
Must be willing to work at our Roswell location full-time, but the flexibility to work at other locations is a desired qualification.
Must be willing to travel to Jasper and Canton locations for training purposes
Must be Punctual & Dependable
Must be able to multi-task, & work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Must be a Team Player & Possess Strong Communication/Leadership Skills
Must possess excellent Customer Service Skills
EMR/EHR Experience Required (Epic EHR Experience Preferred)

Nice To Haves

A minimum of 2 years of Medical Front Office experience is preferred
CMA/RMA Credentialing Preferred
Insurance Verification Experience is Preferred
The willingness to work at other locations (Jasper, Roswell, Rome, and Woodstock) as needed is a desired qualification.

Responsibilities

Overseeing the day to day operations of our Roswell Office for both Front and Back Office
Monitor over all patient flow and clinical flows throughout the office
Monitoring Supplies and Inventory for the office
Direct Supervisor and contact for the Roswell office, who then would report to upper management and the President of the company.

Exam/Treatment Room Preparation
Assisting provider with examinations & routine procedures
Physicals
DOT Physicals
Pap Smears
Minor Surgical Procedures with Instrument/Equipment Sterilization
Check-In/Check-Out Process of Patients, abiding by office protocols
Processing all patient registration/intake forms
Patient Demographic and Document Updates
Insurance Eligibility/Benefits Verifications at Time of Service
Collecting Copays, Balances, Deductibles, & Coinsurance at Time of Service
Appointment Scheduling
Appointment Confirmations as needed
Scanning/Processing Medical Records
Referrals/Outside Facility Appointment/Procedure Scheduling
New Patient Resource Tracking
In-House Medication Sales and PDRX Reporting Completion
