The Site Operations Specialist role contributes to REI's success by monitoring and optimizing the digital experience through the lens of our customers and members. This position is responsible for the authoring, execution and implementation within the CMS supporting site marketing strategies homepage and landing page content. Coordinating content with features and functionality, as well identifying areas of opportunities for operational efficiencies are the foundation of this role at the Co-op. The right candidate will possess a passion for ecommerce, is data driven, and customer obsessed. Candidates should be comfortable in a fast paced, dynamic environment, deliver on deadlines and work collaboratively with digital and cross-divisional partners. Success will involve building strong partnerships across teams, identifying and upholding process improvements and optimizing conversion for site content. The Site Operations Specialist will partner closely with the Marketing Strategy team, Creative/ UX and Product partners and models and acts in accordance with REI's guiding values and mission.
