Whether you're coordinating event logistics, assisting guests, or managing equipment, your dedication and attention to detail will help create unforgettable experiences for our guests.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
- Able to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule which may include weekends and/or holidays
- Professional attitude in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Retail experience preferred.
- Experience in equipment maintenance a plus
Responsibilities
- Maintains a friendly atmosphere while providing product information, answering guest inquiries, handling cash transactions
- Troubleshoots minor operational issues with the equipment
- Assists with the repairs and maintenance of equipment, including arcade games, prize machines, ride platforms, and other allied equipment
- Assists guests with amusement games and prize selection, as well as stocks claw-style games and redemption center
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for all guests
- Maintains a clean and orderly area around assigned location.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
