Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in eCommerce, fashion ecommerce experience desired; a combination of experience and education will be considered
• Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware) platform experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft office applications, including intermediate capabilities with Excel
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics a plus
• Ability to problem-solve, be forward thinking and anticipate needs
• Ability to think both strategically and creatively
• Highly enthusiastic and passionate about the intersection of ecommerce and fashion

Responsibilities

• Manage site merchandising strategies: Own the development of site merchandising strategies and their day-to-day execution across retail and outlet websites
• Think analytically and be actionable: Utilize data and analytics to measure and track product and content performance, identify opportunities, optimizations and make data-driven decisions
• Build strong internal partnerships: Work with digital content team to ensure that messaging, imagery, consumer journey and storytelling reflect key investments and consumer trends
• Lead site experience, features and functionalities: Oversight of UI/UX, navigation, path to purchase, product recommendations to enhance the shopping experience and drive conversion
• Be the subject matter expert: Maintain a thorough knowledge of internal systems and platform capabilities
• Oversee product set-up process: Ensure styles have correct product attributes, copy, photography, and pricing launching on time
