We're currently looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Site Merchandising Coordinator to join our team. This individual will support template setup, category audits, and site maintenance. This role will work cross-functionally with the Brand Marketing, Design, Data, and Tech teams to ensure our storefront operates smoothly, with a primary focus on accurate template uploads, keywords, and general site content maintenance. This candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be highly organized, enthusiastic about researching trends and event types, and have a keen eye for detail as well as aesthetic.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Merchandising, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-3 years experience in e-commerce merchandising or marketing.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong critical eye for aesthetics, copy, and content accuracy.
  • Comfortable working with tight deadlines and managing high-volume projects.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Algolia is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end setup of new Invitation and Greeting Card templates, including keyword tagging, filters and cross-category placement.
  • Maintain the product catalog daily, ensuring templates display correctly in galleries and search results.
  • Conduct regular QA checks across gallery pages, landing pages, and navigational flows to ensure accuracy and functionality.
  • Partner with Design and Copy to manage and refine keyword and search processes, identifying opportunities to improve discoverability via our native CMS and search/merchandising management program.
  • Assist in recurring category audits with Design and Brand teams to clean up galleries, retire outdated templates, and create variants when needed.
  • Create and maintain galleries for new and seasonal categories, ensuring timely population, testing, and merchandising via keywords and filters.
  • Identify emerging themes, trends, and search filters to improve browse and search performance.
  • Support landing page creation and updates in partnership with Marketing and Tech.
  • Contribute to monthly merchandising reports, tracking performance metrics, surfacing insights, and recommending optimizations to improve engagement and conversion.
