Ruggable is looking for a strategic, data-savvy Digital Site Merchandiser to manage the onsite merchandising experience across our eCommerce storefront. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving conversion, optimizing category performance, and creating compelling product storytelling through curated collections, site placement, and content alignment. This is an opportunity to shape the customer journey from browse to buy — using data, intuition, and collaboration to ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time. You'll work closely with Tech, Marketing, Creative, and Merchandising teams to create a best-in-class, seamless shopping experience.
