About The Position

Crafty’s Site Merchandisers are the wheels that kept our pantry offering running. They are the human element and the friendly face that own the merchandising execution of multiple client-site experiences on a daily basis; supporting each site’s product merchandising, inventory management & order replacement, in addition to equipment management. This is a high-energy role for people who derive joy from a meticulously organized shelf and positive energy from being around people. Crafty is looking for a Site Merchandiser whose responsibilities will include: Multi-Site Merchandising: Take pride in your spaces by owning client’s office kitchens & pantries and highly organized storage rooms, complete expiration checks and product rotations as needed Customer Service: With support from your manager, engage with our clients and other Crafty team members onsite, delivering the highest quality service Maintenance + Inventory: Perform routine maintenance on machines (such as coffee & kegerators), quality control checks, and completion of task lists (inventory, budget) Communication: Communicate and escalate any location needs or safety concerns your manager, and accurately complete pre/post route paperwork This role is a full-time (30+ hours per week), hourly role within Crafty. This role is open to applicants 21 years of age or older. This role supports several of our New York city clients Monday through Friday from 6am - 2pm, by meeting the skill based qualifications below:

  • Must be able to remain stationary for 50% of the time and capable of pushing, pulling, and lifting boxes weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the client site as needed
