About The Position
The Site Medical Director at Jane Pauley Community Health Center is a physician leader responsible for providing clinical leadership and ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care at the Shadeland Health Center. This role involves a combination of clinical practice (0.8 FTE) and administrative duties (0.2 FTE), working closely with the Practice Manager to achieve key outcomes and foster a collaborative team environment. The Medical Director will guide clinical practices, support staff, and contribute to the overall mission of the health center to provide accessible healthcare to diverse populations.
