About The Position

This is a rare opportunity to lead a mission‑critical, commercial manufacturing site where your decisions directly impact patients’ lives every day. As Site Manufacturing Head in Millburn, you will set the direction for a highly complex radioligand therapies (RLT) operation, bringing together safety, quality, supply reliability, cost discipline, and people leadership under one vision. Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, pharmacy, or a related scientific discipline
• Minimum ten years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including sterile manufacturing operations and at least five years of leadership experience
• Deep knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices and regulatory compliance in a commercial environment
• Strong strategic and enterprise mindset with the ability to translate strategy into operational execution
• Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to influence, align, and inspire diverse organizations

• Experience at a Radioligand Therapies commercial manufacturing site.
• Experience leading complex capital projects within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Lead all site manufacturing functions - Production, HSE (Safety), Engineering, Supply Chain and Manufacturing Science & Technology - ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient production
• Set and execute the site strategy aligned with Novartis manufacturing, supply, and country objectives
• Ensure full compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Drive reliable supply performance, cost control, and continuous operational improvement across the site
• Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing site leadership team and engaged workforce
• Oversee capital projects, delivering on time, within budget, and aligned with long-term site capability needs
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, speaking up, and patient‑first decision making
