About The Position
As a Site Manager at M Group Rail and Aviation, you will support the Project Manager at each stage of the project, including planning, documentation management, procurement, and management of labour and sub-contractors. Your role will ensure that excellent safety, standards, and quality are maintained throughout the life cycle of the project. You will be client-focused, demonstrating a strong understanding of the scope of works and managing expectations effectively. The position requires maintaining excellent communication between all departments of the internal team and wider business units.
