About The Position

The Security Site Manager is responsible for overseeing security operations at logistics facilities, ensuring effective leadership and management of security personnel, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role involves hiring, training, and supervising security staff while achieving performance metrics set by both the client and Metro One.

Requirements

• Administrative experience in security or related field
• Experience in logistics operations

Responsibilities

• Provides on-site leadership for the security personnel assigned to the facility
• Acts as the principal contact for client management at the facility
• Hires, supervises, trains, schedules, and develops all shift supervisors and officers assigned to distribution center(s)
• Achieves performance metrics established by the client for the security functions performed by Metro One officers
• Implements all Metro One internal programs, policies, and reporting
• Achieves performance metrics established by Metro One for expense control, workforce quality, staffing, scheduling, and report filing
• Establishes productive, collaborative relationships with client site management and Metro One management
• Maintains communication protocols that provide a productive client relationship
• Delivers a service that consistently exceeds client expectations
• Maintains all patrol/fleet vehicles and equipment utilized in the performance of the security function on the site
• Performs initiatives, emergency response, and other tasks required by Metro One management.
