About The Position
The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations at the site, including safety, staffing, and customer service functions. This role requires collaboration with the Sales and Supply Chain teams to ensure efficient operations and high levels of customer satisfaction. The Site Manager leads the local team to manage safety and compliance performance, as well as sales of packaged gas, welding products, and hard goods. Additionally, the role involves cylinder production and distribution, ensuring that all operations align with company policies and standards. In this position, the Site Manager will perform various essential functions, including leading the team in achieving operational goals, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing customer service initiatives. The Site Manager will also be responsible for training and developing staff, maintaining inventory levels, and optimizing operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
