The Site Manager at Epiq Systems, Inc. is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the daily operations at one of our on-site support services centers or client sites. This position is crucial in ensuring exceptional client service and maintaining a high standard of operational efficiency. The Site Manager serves as the principal liaison between Epiq, the client's administration, and the site employees, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed. The role requires a strong focus on client satisfaction, as the Site Manager is tasked with providing excellent white glove customer service to all end-users at the site. In addition to client interaction, the Site Manager is responsible for the supervision of all employees at the site. This includes recruiting, training, and developing the professional skills of the staff. The Site Manager will lead the Epiq team on-site, encouraging staff development and continuously seeking opportunities to enhance the efficiency of operations. This proactive approach includes making recommendations to key contacts to improve capabilities and service delivery. The Site Manager must demonstrate proficiency in explaining all products, services, turnaround times, delivery schedules, and guarantees to the client. This role also involves the recruitment and interviewing of potential Epiq candidates for available positions, as well as hiring, training, managing, and evaluating all personnel assigned to the site. Scheduling personnel to ensure compliance with performance standards and managing contracted hours of operation without incurring overtime is also a critical responsibility. The Site Manager will compile, collect, and report all necessary data to provide the client with monthly management reports, all while displaying high ethical standards, integrity, and loyalty. Coordination with vendors and team members to execute hospitality events is also part of the role.
