Requirements

• Previous supervisory or lead experience (preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience managing labor hours and inventory
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record
• Stable work history

Responsibilities

• Lead daily site operations to ensure quality and efficiency
• Supervise, train, coach, and motivate team members
• Conduct quality inspections and final walk-throughs
• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment
• Communicate schedules, updates, and expectations clearly
• Address customer concerns professionally and promptly
• Assist with hands-on cleaning when needed
• Run daily team huddles and attend weekly management meetings
• Monitor labor hours and support budget goals
• Identify team members ready for growth or promotion
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional worksite
