Requirements

Associate degree in automotive or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven leadership experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable working with employees, customers, and suppliers
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs

Nice To Haves

Experience in the automotive service and/or shop equipment industry preferred

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a site team to achieve sales, service, and operational goals
Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities, building customer relationships, and executing local business strategies
Recruit, develop, coach, and retain top talent
Ensure operational controls and processes are followed to minimize risk and protect company assets
Champion safety, health, and security standards for employees and customers
Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that promotes accountability and continuous improvement
Serve as a professional ambassador for BENCO Equipment and APH in the community
