About The Position
LHR Americas, an international executive search firm headquartered in Katy, Texas (USA), is leading a confidential executive search for a Senior Site Manager to oversee contractor operations at a globally recognized integrated refinery and petrochemical complex in Saudi Arabia. This confidential process is personally led by Carlos G. Lopez, Managing Director at LHR Americas. Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Chemical)
- Minimum 15+ years of solid refinery and/or petrochemical maintenance experience, with strong technical expertise in maintenance engineering, asset reliability, integrity systems, and shutdown/turnaround environments
- Demonstrated expertise in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies
- Strong hands-on knowledge of CMMS systems, RCM methodologies, and performance optimization
- Proven leadership of large multidisciplinary maintenance teams
- Strong commercial and contractual governance experience
- Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure, multicultural industrial environments
Responsibilities
- Lead full maintenance oversight across assigned plant areas
- Drive reliability performance and maintenance KPIs
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE and corporate safety standards
- Govern contractor performance, claims, change orders, and invoice approvals
- Provide contractual and operational checks & balances
- Resolve technical and commercial disputes with mature leadership
- Strengthen technical capability through workforce development
