Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Chemical)
  • Minimum 15+ years of solid refinery and/or petrochemical maintenance experience, with strong technical expertise in maintenance engineering, asset reliability, integrity systems, and shutdown/turnaround environments
  • Demonstrated expertise in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of CMMS systems, RCM methodologies, and performance optimization
  • Proven leadership of large multidisciplinary maintenance teams
  • Strong commercial and contractual governance experience
  • Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure, multicultural industrial environments

Responsibilities

  • Lead full maintenance oversight across assigned plant areas
  • Drive reliability performance and maintenance KPIs
  • Ensure strict compliance with HSE and corporate safety standards
  • Govern contractor performance, claims, change orders, and invoice approvals
  • Provide contractual and operational checks & balances
  • Resolve technical and commercial disputes with mature leadership
  • Strengthen technical capability through workforce development
