About The Position

The Site Manager is the operational and cultural leader of a Breeze Thru location. You are responsible for ensuring your site runs safely, efficiently, profitably, and in alignment with our values. You will lead, coach, and grow your people; uphold product quality; minimize downtime; and ensure exceptional customer experiences. This role blends hands-on, physical work with leadership responsibilities. You will work closely with Operations, Maintenance, Training, and Support teams to protect your site’s performance and unlock the potential of your staff.

Requirements

  • Must uphold Breeze Thru’s Appearance Policy (review before applying)
  • Experience leading teams, ideally in a fast-paced, operational environment
  • Strong communication, decision-making, and follow-through
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and a flexible schedule as needed
  • Proven leadership and management abilities.
  • Effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong organizational and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Office 365; technical skills learned on the job.
  • Ability to interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and write routine reports.
  • Mathematical skills for handling calculations and interpreting data.
  • Requires previous experience in a supervisory role.

Nice To Haves

  • Mechanical aptitude is a plus but not required
  • Experience in a similar role or industry preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Assistant Site Managers and Customer Service Attendants
  • Hire, train, coach, and conduct performance evaluations
  • Maintain accurate timekeeping and personnel records
  • Celebrate milestones and build belief, engagement, and teamwork
  • Grow internal talent for future roles
  • Facilitate training using Breeze Thru’s training models; conduct site meetings
  • Manage inventory, product ordering, vendors, and deliveries
  • Partner with Maintenance to schedule, monitor, and verify repairs
  • Conduct preventative and scheduled maintenance
  • Respond promptly to equipment failures
  • Oversee cash handling and pay-station security
  • Deliver consistent, positive customer experiences
  • Resolve complaints with professionalism and clarity
  • Promote Unlimited Wash Pass memberships
  • Track and document customer feedback
