About The Position

The Site Manager will oversee daily operations at a specific location or account and protect all company assets. Provides leadership for the assigned area; ensures delivery of quality services; manages operations efficiently and effectively to achieve service and profitability objectives. The Site Manager may also manage and/or implement security protocols related to the storage of confidential information and documents. Coaches, trains, and develops employees. Promotes client and employee retention initiatives.

  • Regular use of vehicle in the performance of duties, must be able to pass our insurances requirements to drive a company vehicle.
  • Ability to write and read English.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Three years of related security experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures the delivery of high-quality customer service through regular contact with clients; evaluates service quality and initiates corrective action, as necessary.
  • Represents Triumph Protection Group management and core values of security, service, and excellence for assigned account. Maintains a positive, professional environment in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures; acts to ensure that staff members understand and comply with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Provides and/or implements security and security protocols for all assigned facilities and information systems.
  • Takes proactive steps to provide a safe and secure working environment to staff and visitors.
  • Provides specialized security for and monitors access to limited and restricted access areas such as inventory areas, network equipment areas, and employee files and confidential records.
  • Ensures scheduling is handled effectively to meet client requirements while controlling labor costs; reviews site reports to ensure post orders and client directions have been followed.
  • Recruits, selects, orients, trains, and develops high caliber staff in collaboration with Area management; plans, assigns, and directs work; coaches’ employees to enhance skills; carries out disciplinary actions as necessary.
  • Conducts regular walk-throughs and security inspections for assigned facilities.
  • Where government projects are involved, serves as a liaison to government agencies concerning project security; assists with security clearance processing for employees working on government classified programs.
  • Maintains Driver’s License required to drive company vehicles.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
