Develop and implement exciting food concepts that attract and retain customers. Market and promote the new café and future outlets to ensure commercial success. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring high standards of service and quality. Drive growth and profitability through innovative strategies and excellent management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing (leased) retail spaces, successfully.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Commercially savvy with a go-getter attitude.
- Experience in developing and marketing food concepts.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of all food safety related requirements.
