Do we have your attention? Keep reading. As a Site Manager for Statco-DSI, you maintain organization in a fast-paced work environment, overseeing process piping & equipment installation projects. You provide on-site guidance to installation teams, helping ensure projects are completed accurately, safely and on-budget. You work to coordinate site activities and provide guidance to our subcontractor teams. Your expertise in safety, site management, process piping and problem solving is crucial to ensure a premium customer experience. Are you motivated by this work? Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
  • Five (5) years or more proven experience in managing site installation projects, preferably in sanitary manufacturing industries
  • Thorough understanding of process piping systems layout and routing, including liquid blending, tank systems, Wort, CIP, Filtration, CO2, CO2 Recovery, air, water, steam Glycol, Ammonia, Sweetener, Package Release
  • Strong problem solving abilities, making quick and sound decisions
  • Safety Focus

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred
  • Food, beverage and/or personal care project management experience in various aspects of engineering and utilities management is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Managing and executing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Seeing a project through from start to finish
  • Collaborating with both internal and external partners including our customers, engineers, procurement and fabrication teams for seamless project coordination
  • Lead on-site installation teams, including subcontractors, riggers, electricians and controls vendors to ensure the highest quality project execution, on time and within budget
  • Manage project budgets, monitor expenses and control costs to meet financial targets
  • Maintain a safe workplace
  • Function as the on-site contact for communication regarding projects, including variations of scope, ensuring timely updates are provided to all stakeholders
