About The Position

The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations at the site, including safety compliance, staffing, and customer service. This role involves collaboration with Sales and Supply Chain teams to ensure effective management of packaged gas sales, welding products, and cylinder production and distribution.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Previous management experience in industrial retail sales is required.
• Sales experience is preferred.
• Knowledge or experience in the gas, welding, and safety supply industry or chemical industry is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills are essential.
• Excellent customer service skills are required.
• Preferably one year of experience in a warehouse as a worker or driver.
• Previous logistics experience is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills are necessary.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively is essential.
• Must be a team player.
