Job Title: Site Manager, US Commercial Circuits Reporting To: GVP, Quality & Operational Excellence Work Schedule: Onsite – Salt Lake City, UT Site Manager – US Commercial Circuits Moog’s Commercial Circuits Business Unit (MCC‑BU) is a critical part of Moog’s Space and Defense Group, a global leader in motion and flow control technologies supporting satellites, launch vehicles, missiles, naval platforms, and military ground vehicles. Headquartered in East Aurora, NY, Moog employs more than 13,000 people across 27 countries, combining technical excellence with a culture rooted in trust, respect, and long‑term commitment. We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead operations at our new Salt Lake City, Utah manufacturing facility, one of two core printed circuit card assembly (CCA) locations for the business unit. This high‑impact leadership role reports directly to the Business Unit General Manager and is responsible for building site capability from the ground up while delivering 100% quality and 100% on‑time delivery for our internal and external customers. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Manufacturing, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in electronics manufacturing or 5+ years in electronics manufacturing and 5+ years in high‑reliability production environments
  • Strong end‑to‑end understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain, quality systems, and engineering interfaces
  • Demonstrated success leading complex operations and delivering measurable performance improvements
  • Experience leading diverse teams and developing leadership capability and succession plans
  • Strong business judgment, strategic thinking, and communication skills
  • Ability to work full‑time onsite in Salt Lake City, Utah

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building or scaling manufacturing operations from the ground up
  • Background in high‑reliability, regulated manufacturing environments (aerospace, defense, space, or similar)
