About The Position

The Site Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of one or more practice sites, which includes staffing, patient flow, expense management, and other functions required to maintain an effective service-oriented practice. The role requires a consistent outward mindset and exemplary effort in accomplishing goals and objectives while helping others achieve theirs. The Site Manager ensures daily staffing levels are met, assists in the selection, training, supervising, evaluation, and discipline of site staff in conjunction with OMG Administration, and implements systems and standard work to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Additionally, the Site Manager monitors key performance and quality indicators regularly, works with Central Billing and OMG Administration to ensure proper data input and collection procedures, and monitors budget performance while assisting in the development of an annual budget. The role also involves serving as a liaison for the practice site to various Oaklawn departments and outside agencies, assisting in quality initiatives, identifying barriers to service, and ensuring established policies and procedures are followed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business-related field, or equivalent combination of education and clinic management experience.
  • Successful management experience in multiple provider practices is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Experience with Word and Excel.
  • Experience with physician incentive programs (CPC+, PCMH, PGIP, etc.) and LEAN or Six Sigma preferred.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology is preferred.
