About The Position

Position Summary: The Site Manager works in collaboration with the department Director to coordinate and manage all therapies practicing within the center, host hospital and/or joint venture. The site manager is responsible for fostering patient-focused care and the provision of outstanding customer service by all staff. They are responsible for overall operational management of the site including, but not limited to hiring, orientation and ongoing performance evaluations of clinical/support staff, oversight of daily operations, and physician outreach. The site manager acts as a mentor by actively supervising and coaching staff towards clinical and customer service excellence. As part of the rehabilitation management team, managers are an integral part in achieving the strategic plans of the department. They site manager is responsible for maintaining 25% clinical practice in their professional discipline. Education/Experience College graduate with a minimum of a BS in a rehabilitation field (MS or DPT preferred.) with 3-5 years of clinical experience. Certification/License: Current Massachusetts license in respective field. BCLS. The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Requirements

  • College graduate with a minimum of a BS in a rehabilitation field (MS or DPT preferred.)
  • 3-5 years of clinical experience
