As a Real Estate and Facilities Site Manager working onsite in Denver, CO, you'll be a part of bringing humanity to business. Looking for an opportunity where you'll lead the overall facilities management? And be part of creating positive employee experience? You'll develop, implement, and maintain facility programs that reflect the priorities of continuous improvement, automation, thinking globally and identifying best practices. You'll lead and manage facilities team and act as the liaison between vendors and the landlord. While you'll have your eye on today, you'll also be thinking ahead to the needs of the business as it relates to facilities management. You'll report to Real Estate and Facilities Executive Director. You'll impact the business, the teams you support, and the various departments that you partner with on a consistent basis through facilities management.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manages complete facility maintenance of building/sites including but not limited to maintaining superior condition of company space, acting as the landlord/vendor liaison.
  • Maintain various facility systems such as HVAC, CCTV, turn styles, and elevators, electrical stairs, utilities, and systems such as emergency generator, UPS, lighting, security, and Fire Detection and Alarm System (FDAS).
  • Establishes and manages Facilities budget (Opex and Capex), creating the purchase requisitions including supplies, follow up on invoices payments and is responsible for reporting financial information.
  • In conjunction with corporate real estate evaluates present and future needs for real estate.
  • Effectively manages customer expectations and ongoing customer relations.
  • Communicates status and timeline of facility maintenance projects, enhancements, and changes.
  • Develops and maintains standards to manage relationships with facility related vendors.
  • Implement and communicate policies that will impact on safety and security to customers to include the Risk Management policies pertaining Security and Management System.
  • Manages facility programs covering disaster preparedness and recovery and coordinates with headquarters division to implement company-wide Emergency Response Plan.
  • Being the facilities point of contact during a disaster situation to return safely to operations, requires to be available or have a designee to response in timely manner.
