Join Oshkosh AeroTech as a Site Manager, playing a vital role in overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction while serving as a key liaison with customers, airlines, and TSA. They coordinate personnel scheduling, manage work orders, and supervise administrative tasks such as hiring and invoicing to ensure contract compliance. The role provides guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering collaboration, professional growth, and operational excellence. By promoting continuous improvement and a strong culture of safety, the Operations Manager drives productivity and supports long-term organizational success.

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, manage emergencies, and maintain communication with Customers, Airlines, and TSA.
  • Coordinate personnel scheduling, manage work orders, and optimize productivity plans with oversight and cross-utilization of different work groups.
  • Supervise administrative tasks such as HR management and invoicing, ensuring all contract requirements are fulfilled.
  • Foster a supportive environment by providing on-the-job training and mentorship to team members.
  • Provide daily guidance to Site Supervisors and Managers to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Continuously strive for improvement in team dynamics and customer satisfaction.
  • Cultivate a culture of safety awareness and compliance among all team members.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or applicable field.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Five years of supervisory or managerial experience at a large hub airport.
  • Ability to obtain necessary security clearance.
  • Ability to be on-call and work occasional evenings and weekends.
  • Background in operations, facility maintenance, administration, finance, and safety preferred.
  • 10 years of Site Management experience.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints and electrical schematics.
  • Computer Skills with knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, project management and understanding of CMMS.
  • Strong leadership abilities, coupled with demonstrated organizational, participative management, and verbal and written communication skills.
